Dallis Hunter was born in Pensacola, Florida and moved to Palm Valley a short time later where he grew up. Dallis is a Firefighter by profession. He met his wife Marella while serving at North Jacksonville Baptist Church. Marella grew up in Hilliard & is an immeasurable asset to Dallis’ ministry. Dallis served as High School Ministry Director at North Jacksonville Baptist Church and then as Student Pastor at Hyde Park Baptist Church. In 2008, God led Dallis & Marella to serve the students at First Baptist. They are blessed with two wonderful children, Isaac & Lydia.
